2:25 Cover to Cover Summer Reading Program
Cover to Cover in the Grandview C-4 School District is a program designed to help prevent a summer decline in reading skills and promote a lifelong love of reading. The project in 2018 had an impact on approximately 1050 students at Butcher-Greene, Conn-West and High Grove. Each elementary student received 10 new books in May, while those in early childhood received five new books for the summer.

Congratulations to our very own Meadowmere Elementary School Teacher Donna Wyatt. She received the "Read to Achieve" award Monday morning in front of her class. Ms. Wyatt was nominated by a parent. She was honored with a $1000 check and a visit from KCTV5 and Missouri NEA's President Charles Smith.
