Our Strategic Plan
The Missouri School Improvement Program (MSIP) recommends school districts develop an ongoing, written Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP) which directs the overall improvement of its educational programs and services. The CSIP, also known as a Strategic Plan, includes goals and strategies that direct the improvement efforts of the district for at least a five-year period.
A critical component of this process brings together a group of internal and external stakeholders who have a strong knowledge of the district's strengths and areas of need where future growth should occur.
The district’s Strategic Planning Committee comprises approximately 30-40 stakeholders including staff, parents, community, and Board of Education members.
