The district will use the Puro UV Light Disinfection System to disinfect and clean classrooms, other high traffic areas and high-touch surfaces in district buildings.
These fixtures kill up to 99.9% of bacteria and viruses when used at the recommended spacing and runtimes. Four of the devices will be in rotation throughout the school year. District custodians will use them on-demand and as part of their day-to-day disinfecting and cleaning operations.
