If you have applied for a specific open position, you will receive a notice via email when that position has been filled.  Also, your profile status will reflect the status of any positions you have applied for.  The status of an application for an open position will remain "pending" until that position has been filled.

Will I still be considered for a teaching position if I do not have certification?
Every application is personally reviewed by a Human Resources administrator and given consideration. Some of the factors involved in evaluating each application are the needs of the position, the experience and training of the candidate, and the pool of candidates available. Each person hired for a teaching position must be eligible for some type of certification through the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), but there are a variety of options available. For more information on certification, please consult the DESE website.
