Dr. Rodrequez discusses graduation, food service, summer school, and more in this edition of the Superintendent Update!

it is Thursday June 11th just wanted to provide another update as I know it's been a little while lot of things going on we currently have our summer food service program that has started back up that is going on Monday Wednesday and Friday pick up is from 9:30 to 11:30 we are still doing some delivery so you can check out her Facebook page or on main website if you need additional information or to look for a stops Phase 2 in Jackson County and so while we have a new virtual program that were extremely well so far with our students and so certainly if you need additional information you can reach out to us on that are we see graduation continues to be one of those things we want updates on opportunities this year to really honor our graduates in knowing that said nobody really asked for this to happen so with graduation however we have had to make several change at this point ABC Jackson County stated that we are not allowed to have more than 50 people at a graduation ceremony even if it's outside and then Cable-Dahmer which mayonnaise may not start to buy our June 29th so unfortunately even though they do decide to do decide to open schools in the face 3 or outside for graduation ceremonies change this. We're going to do a car parade and drive up graduation at Grandview High School students and families are going to have to drive up in one car and I'll check in and then we're going to set up a stage at the front of the entrance of our Stadium to the graduates will be able to walk walk across the stage have their picture taken of an odyssey have their parents and family there to honor them at that moment possible for graduates to honor their amazing accomplish but I just wanted to make sure that last pieces are you still have some questions about the store next year we have an internal team right now that is working on our plans and that as we get additional information or we start to have more of a sense of what that's going to look like we'll provide more information to you but please be on the lookout for surveys and questionnaires you're absolutely going to be sending out because you want to make sure that we get your input so we may do several of those across the summer to make sure and kind of see how things progressed but we definitely want to make sure they keep you involved and to have your voice not heard so please make sure that you look out for that you wanted your parents to take that survey and questionnaire as we possibly can
