Centralized Enrollment

Centralized Enrollment will be held at Grandview High School for the 2017-18 school year.   This is a great opportunity for families to enroll all of their children, get transportation information, LINC and special programs taken care of in one location.
If you are a returning family you can begin the process with online registration on July 3 using the parent portal. For a link to parent portal, click here
**New families should wait until Centralized Enrollment to begin their process.
During Centralized Enrollment you must provide documentation proving residency. All students, including those returning to the district, will need to bring a warranty deed or lease agreement and at least *two current utility bills -  no disconnect or discontinued bill will be accepted .

Skip the Residency Line at Centralized Enrollment!

This year, we have worked to make the Centralized Enrollment process more convenient for families. We’ve added a new routing system to cut down on lines, concession stands, and the Bulldog FAST PASS! That’s where you can email your required residency documents to from July 3 to July 28. Once approved, you’ll receive a bulldog fast pass and skip residency lines at Centralized Enrollment!
Students who needed immunizations during the summer are reminded that proof of immunization will be required, prior to being allowed to enroll in accordance with Missouri State Law.  State requirements can be downloaded on the right side of this page.
Jackson County Health Department will be providing free TdaP, MCV, and HPV immunizations during the first day of Centralized Enrollment on August 2nd from noon to 6:00 p.m. at Grandview High School. Please bring your immunization record with you.
